Rebooking

Course dates changed within 3 days of a class - $35 Per person fee applies.

Class dates changed within 24 hours of a class - $50 Per person fee applies.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations within 3 days of a class will not be refunded for any reason.

All refunds will be processed within 5 working days and a $20 admin fee applies.

Attendance and Lateness

No Show - Students that fail to show to a booked date without any contact - No refunds.

No Show - Students that fail to show to a booked date with contact - $50 Rebooking fee applies.

Please arrive at 9.45am for a 10.00am start. Arrivals after 10.15am (30 mins late) - $50 Rebooking fee applies.

We do not enjoy enforcing fees but we are offering our courses at 50% below usual asking price.

If students do not show or drop out of a course we still have to pay our suppliers an contracted trainers on the day.

All our prices are inclusive of GST at 10%
